Position - Sr Manager - Product Development.
Location - Selaqui, Dehradun.
Industry - Automobile/ Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:-
Oversee design, prototyping, testing, and transfer to manufacturing for engineering products.
Ensure technical specs are met, quality standards are upheld, and designs are cost-effective.
Drive innovation, creative problem-solving, and implementation of best practices in engineering.
Guiding engineering teams, mentoring, and fostering collaboration. Understanding engineering principles, CAD, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools. Using data for decision-making, cost analysis, and yield optimization.
Define product vision, strategy. Identify new product opportunities, market trends, and consumer needs.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) through the entire product development lifecycle (ideation to launch).
Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget management for development projects. Manage program scope, risks, and timelines, ensuring milestones are met.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
