● Identify defects & breaches within the system & provide solutions

● Establish a cost effective operational excellence

● Enhance productivity of the system & ensure there's no compromise on the quality

● Keen focus on customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

● Store operations SOP design & roll out

● Manpower design & roll out

● Operations cost improvement

● Product margin improvement

● Experience enhancement initiatives

● Safety compliance initiatives

● Utilization / productivity improvement initiatives across stores

● The role would cover all stores across the country and will play a pivotal role in scaling up the business through standardization.
