ABInBev India is looking to hire a Senior Manager- PPM for its People function based out of Bangalore with 5 days WFO work mode.



About the Role

The role-holder will be responsible for owning & driving the planning & performance cycle in the People team of ABI India. The role will manage the People team’s budgets, provide valuable analytical insights to enable decision-making resulting in higher quality & service, and track targets and productivity for People function. The role will be responsible to govern the financial controls of people overheads & find efficiencies to deliver financial savings. In addition to this, the role holder will also be responsible for Target Setting & Cascading for the organization. Additionally, the role holder is required to partner with the key business stakeholders to drive the Rewards Philosophy and merit cycle for India BU.



Responsibilities


PPM

  • Own the ZBB process for BU India – Policy, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, 1 YP management.
  • Lead the cycle of 3YP, 1YP and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures and people cost through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Use organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
  • Work with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of people team. Act as PMO to lead projects for people team.



TSC

  • Implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global process.
  • Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in people team.
  • Bring in best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Challenge Status Quo and drive mindset of high performance.


Qualifications

Education level and/ or experience

  • MBA in any specialization from a tier 1 B-School
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
