"JOB LOCATION - ACROSS INDIA" Primary Purpose of the role Single owner to drive commercial dashboarding, performance planning & management. Key Tasks & Accountabilities The person is responsible for all internal reporting of commercial numbers. Setting up the process, tolls to measure and improve commercial performance Deep dive into the data to understand how the market works and provide the tools to the sales team to sell in the most efficient and profitable manner. Builds the knowledge to use sales analytical tools such as APT, time series etc. Don’t expect you to know the tools but expect you to learn new tools and actively use them. Work with RSMs for territory expansion and sales team deployment- Drive Sales processes efficiency improvement and ensure optimal allocation of people sales resources to deliver payback and guarantee targets achievement: Distribution, MS, Volume, NR Routine processes of monthly reviews, providing data to the regional teams Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes A University Degree in Business in relevant subject required, MBA preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience (analytical role) in any industry. Relevant industry preferred Extraordinary communication & relationship skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally both up & down within the organization. Ability to continuously re-prioritize & adapt to change & effective at managing change. Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights & propose relevant recommendations.
