Job Description

The Senior Manager role in Platform Strategy at Accenture involves driving strategic initiatives and managing business transformations to create value-driven solutions. As part of the Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice, you will focus on the clients" most strategic priorities, helping them achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation using agile methodologies. This role provides a great learning ground in Business Strategy, where you will work closely with global clients to drive transformative strategic value and business growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing technology transformation strategies, overseeing implementation projects, and optimizing digital capabilities for business efficiency. You will play a crucial role in facilitating alignment between business and IT, engaging stakeholders, adapting to changing business models, and analyzing trends and disruptions to support the organization in achieving targeted business outcomes related to revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability improvement. As an Enterprise Architect, you will demonstrate competencies in supporting the formulation of strategy and guiding execution, connecting strategy to execution, building and maintaining relationships, orchestrating the delivery of business outcomes, and supporting solution design and delivery. You will lead the analysis of business models, market trends, and technology impacts, translating business strategy into actionable outcomes, and enabling value-based messaging to drive business and IT alignment. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with relevant experience in enterprise architecture. Technical skills required include knowledge of business ecosystems, various IT architectures, agile methodologies, and emerging technologies. Industry experience in retail segments like eCommerce, omnichannel retailing, and CPG digital transformations will be beneficial.
