Overview
- Key role in leading and anchoring labour relations at the Plant to ensure disruption-free Plant Operations throughout the year
- Ensure proactive ELR actions locally - with a focus on employee relations, maintaining positive local labour relations at the Plant, and managing relationship with internal and external union(s)
- Provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships
- Labour relations liaison with local union organizations to resolve grievances, to lead local negotiations for relevant pay/ contract negotiations
- Assist business/ line managers in making balanced business decisions while advocating for appropriate employee interventions
- Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels
- Linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with business/ line managers
- Deliver recurring HR services and processes in partnership with CoEs
Responsibilities
- Manage site employee relations
- Administer local Labor relations
- Feed local pulse to HRBP
- Ensure policy consistency/compliance with rules and laws
- Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent
- Help business/ line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc)
- Local community/government employment agency contact
- Key point of contact for grievance handling for the site
- Overall supervision for administrative accountabilities at the site
- Assist TA to identify local sources of talent
- Partner with CoEs to:
- Execute tools/programs to drive employee engagement
- Execute communications
- Develop local succession plans
- Play an active role in PepsiCo values/culture/engagement work(leveraging the COE work for local activation).
- Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies

10-12 Years of Experience in Plant HR operations. IR knowledge is must
