Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead partner success initiatives across Product, Managed Services, and SaaS portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Serve as the key relationship owner for U.S.-based partners, engaging with senior stakeholders (VP and above) to align business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee onboarding, delivery, and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct QBRs, MBRs, and EBRs; track account KPIs and prepare insightful reports and presentations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Partner Success Managers and Coordinators, driving performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Support account financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Oversee preparation and review of key partner documents (MSAs, SOWs, MOUs, NDAs) and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teamssales, marketing, delivery, and productto ensure seamless execution and high-quality service.
  • Provide feedback on partner requirements for product and process enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the MarTech, AdTech, and DataTech space.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in Partner Success, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success in MarTech, AdTech, or DataTech industries.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving partner growth.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability and financial literacy (budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis).
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Passion for technology, client success, and continuous improvement.
