Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

Operations Management: Lead out bound domestic and international tour operations, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.

Sales Leadership: Drive sales targets, manage FIT and Group teams, coordinate sales activities based on leads from digital platforms, website, and Google platforms, and maintain comprehensive sales records, target planning, and performance metrics

 Product Development: Craft customiz editinerariesfor international and domestic destinations based on customer requirements and market trends

 Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with international and domestic

DMCs, negotiate contracts, and finalize partnerships

 Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Accounts, Ticketing, and Visa departments

 Financial Management: Coordinate with accounts department for revenue tracking, cost management, and profitability analysis

 Customer Relations: Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the travel journey

 Market Intelligence: Stay updated with international and domestic travel trends, destination knowledge, and competitive land scape.

Experience: 10-15 years in out bound tour operations with proven track recording

similar managerial positions

 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of international destinations, DMC operations, and itinerary crafting

 Leadership: Strong team

management skills with ability to coordinate multiple departments

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in ticketing operations ,visa formalities, and travel documentation

 Digital Expertise: Sound AI learning and latest digital marketing knowledge will be added advantage.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with international partners

 Education: MBA/PGDM in Tourism, Hospitality ,or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
