Senior Manager - Operations

As the Senior Manager- Operations at AIMER Business School in Kozhikode, Kerala, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational efficiency of the institution. Reporting to the COO, you will lead and manage various verticals including administration, infrastructure, facilities, procurement, investments, and vendor governance to ensure alignment with AIMER's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include supervising all campus administrative functions such as office management, logistics, security, and housekeeping. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth campus operations through optimal facilities and infrastructure planning while maintaining health, safety, and compliance standards. In addition, you will develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures, oversee procurement of services and materials, and build and manage vendor relationships. Collaboration with finance for planning and monitoring operational budgets and institutional investments will be essential, along with providing inputs for capital expenditure and infrastructure expansion planning. You will be expected to develop SOPs to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, monitor regulatory and statutory compliance, and coordinate with academic and administrative departments for operational alignment. A master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facility Management, or a related field, along with 5+ years of progressive experience in operations or administrative leadership, preferably in the education sector, will be required for this role. Preferred qualifications include strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, budgeting and resource planning acumen, as well as a strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability. Knowledge of compliance frameworks in educational institutions is preferred.
