Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Manager of Design, based in Jaipur. As the Sr. Manager of Design, you will oversee the development of innovative and high-quality jewelry designs, manage and guide the design team, and align design strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing prototyping, monitoring market trends, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or related field from NID, NIFT or EQUIVALENT INSTITUTE
• Proficiency in design techniques including Jewelry Design, Product Development, and CAD Software
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring design teams
• Knowledge of material sourcing, gemstone properties, and manufacturing techniques
• Market insights and trend analysis skills for innovative design strategy
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience in jewelry manufacturing or related industries is required
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and effectively manage diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with social compliance frameworks and sustainable design practices is an advantage
