Job Description

Role Summary:

The position will play a pivotal role in shaping a vibrant and engaging learning environment for MBA students. The position is responsible for managing the MBA programme office and designing, coordinating, and executing initiatives that enrich the academic, professional, and social experience of students, while strengthening engagement with industry professionals and external partners.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Student Experience and Engagement

  • Design and implement a holistic student experience plan encompassing academic, co-curricular, and professional development activities.
  • Serve as the key interface between students and the programme office, ensuring consistent communication.

2. Industry Interface and Networking

  • Oversee planning and execution of industry engagement events such as leadership talks, panel discussions, and networking sessions.
  • Facilitate industry-based projects, live assignments, and experiential learning opportunities for students.

3. Event and Experience Management

  • Lead end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of academic and student events within the MBA programme.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and impactful student experiences.
  • Develop an annual calendar of student engagement and industry interaction activities.

4. Programme Coordination

  • Support academic operations, including orientation, scheduling, and communication related to courses and assessments.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to enhance overall programme delivery and student satisfaction.


Qualifications and Key skills for the job

(Educational, Technical, and Behavioural competencies required to perform the role)

  • Master’s degree (preferably MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in higher education, corporate relations or, student engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with students.
  • Passion for education and student development; ability to work in an academic environment that values collaboration and innovation.
  • Experience of working with reputed organisations.
