Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging and shareable content (text, image, and video) aligned with brand guidelines Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower base Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, applications, and best practices in social media Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency Key Skills: Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail Passion for startups, social media trends, and online community building.
