As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping a vibrant and engaging learning environment for MBA students. Your role will involve managing the MBA programme office and executing initiatives that enhance the academic, professional, and social experience of students, while also fostering stronger engagement with industry professionals and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a comprehensive student experience plan covering academic, co-curricular, and professional development activities. - Act as the primary liaison between students and the programme office, ensuring effective communication channels are maintained. - Supervise the planning and organization of industry engagement events such as leadership talks, panel discussions, and networking sessions. - Facilitate industry-related projects, live assignments, and experiential learning opportunities for students. - Take charge of end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of academic and student events within the MBA programme. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless events and create impactful student experiences. - Develop an annual calendar of student engagement and industry interaction activities. - Provide support for academic operations including orientation, scheduling, and communication related to courses and assessments. - Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to enhance the overall programme delivery and student satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree (preferably MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution. - 10-15 years of relevant experience in higher education, corporate relations, or student engagement. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with students. - Passion for education and student development, coupled with the ability to thrive in an academic setting that values collaboration and innovation. - Previous experience working with reputable organizations.
