What You Will Own

1️⃣ Outsourced BPO Partner Setup

  • Identify, onboard, and pilot external telesales / BPO vendors
  • Run

    10–20 seat pilots

    , scale successful partners to

    50–100+ seats

  • Own

    SLAs, commercials, payout models, and governance

  • Manage

    multiple BPO vendors

    to avoid dependency

2️⃣ First-Sale Closures via BPOs

  • Ensure BPO agents

    close the first paid transaction

  • Design

    per-sale / per-conversion payout structures

  • Protect

    CAC

    , prevent

    mis-selling, refunds, and quality leakage

  • Shut down or pause

    vendors failing quality or ROI thresholds

3️⃣ Daily Execution & Performance Control

  • Track daily metrics:

    calls, connects, conversions, CAC

  • Run

    daily / weekly vendor reviews

  • Enforce

    script discipline, ICP adherence, and call quality

  • Audit call recordings and give

    structured feedback

    to vendor supervisors

4️⃣ Quality, Compliance & Process

  • Set up

    call audits, lead validation, and QA checks

  • Ensure

    CRM hygiene

    and clean handoffs to internal teams
  • Enforce

    DLT, consent, WhatsApp, and calling compliance

  • Build

    SOPs for outsourced sales execution

5️⃣ Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with

    Sales, Retention, and Ops teams

  • Ensure smooth transition from

    BPO → internal closure support → retention

  • Provide accurate

    acquisition forecasts and performance insights


🎯

Who You Are (Strict Fit Criteria)

must

  • 6–10 years

    experience in

    sales ops / acquisition ops

  • Hands-on experience managing

    external BPO / call-center vendors

  • Personally handled

    30–150 outsourced calling seats

  • Owned

    commercials, SLAs, payouts, and penalties

  • Experience with

    first-sale closures via BPO agents

    (not lead gen only)

You Are Comfortable With

  • Vendor pressure &

    tough conversations

  • CAC and conversion optimisation

  • Call audits & quality enforcement

  • Shutting down underperforming vendors


Strong Plus If You’ve Worked With

  • IndiaMART, Justdial, PolicyBazaar, Paisabazaar
  • NoBroker
  • Fintechs, EdTechs, CPaaS platforms
