Job Description

We are looking for Sr. Mgr. Tech HRBP positions, Hyderabad role. Looking for ppl from tech/IT

Strong focus on Employee Engagement initiatives.
In-depth understanding of Employee Relations.
Ability to review reports, identify problem areas, and provide detailed analysis and actionable solutions.
Experience in interpreting employee surveys, drawing meaningful comparisons and insights.
Comfort with operational HR work.
Preferably someone who started in HR Operations and evolved into a Business Partnering role
Looking for some with at least 4-5 years of strong HRBP experience.
Capable of managing reports related to attrition management, retention strategies, employee engagement, and job structuring/architecture.
Experience in creating and delivering presentations and reports (PPTs) to stakeholders.

Additional Details:

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from office 3 times a week)
Transport: Provided
Education: Open to candidates from Tier 2 MBA colleges
