Senior Manager-HR

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage large-scale blue-collar hiring for our existing and new business requirements. This role requires a strategic mindset and operational efficiency in driving bulk recruitment, optimizing hiring timelines, improving candidate quality, and strengthening recruitment funnels across geographies.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive

  end-to-end blue-collar hiring

  for pharmacy and delivery operations with high-volume targets.
• Monitor and improve

  monthly hiring quantity

  and ensure saturation of Pharmacist positions.
• Enhance

  fill rates

  using rolling 4-week check mechanisms.
• Ensure

  timely onboarding

  of delivery personnel from the MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) date.
• Maintain optimal

  candidate pipeline health

  and bench stock for delivery staff.
• Execute

  regional hiring drives, job fairs

  , and collaborate with local channels for sourcing.
• Innovate and implement

  new sourcing strategies

  and recruitment channels for semi-urban/rural outreach.
• Conduct

  vendor management and performance evaluations

  for third-party hiring agencies.
• Build and lead a team of recruiters;

  monitor performance, train, and mentor team members

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business demands and align recruitment metrics accordingly.
