Responsibilities:

• Donor Partner Acquisition & Funding Collaborations: New lead generation, funding pipeline management and conversions. Institutional (CSR, Foundations, Multi-lateral agencies etc.) grants & donations domestic & international.
• Proposal making (pitches/presentations) & Closures: End to end management of identifying synergies with donors as per our programmatic needs, documentation (including RFPs - request for proposal) and submissions, presentations to external stakeholders and driving timely closures on decisions and receipt of funding.
• Leadership Decision-Making support + Multi-stakeholder Mgt.: Data-driven intel on sectoral landscape, market opportunities, risks, proposed project allocations, coordinating with influencers & decision makers internal (Program Heads, Functional Teams, CEO) + external (prospective donor partners). This includes field visits with teams and prospective donor partners/their agencies.
  

Required skills and qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA or MSW
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience, upto :12 years total. Prefer experienced: Internal/External Client Facing (CXO engagement, relationship mgt.); Sales (HNI/BFSI/Wealth Mgt./Pvt. Banking, KPO Research & Analytics.
• Experience in / exposure to Social Development preferred
• Target oriented Focused on the goal, driven by results.
• Extroverted; thriving in social energy and always ready to connect.
• Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
• Willingness to work and travel and stay in rural areas for a few days periodically based on project basis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good presentation skills.
