Senior Manager FP&A

As an experienced Finance professional, you will be responsible for conducting month-end close tasks for Site and Support SG&A cost centers. This includes reviewing, performing variance analysis, and generating reports. You will lead the APAC SG&A team in developing and implementing financial planning processes such as annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. Analyzing SG&A spending trends to identify cost drivers and provide actionable insights for operational efficiency will be a key part of your role. Your responsibilities will also involve implementing consistent cadence and processes within the APAC region to ensure alignment with US Market guidelines. Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate scenarios, support strategic initiatives, and make informed business decisions related to SG&A will be crucial. You will play a significant role in promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making by offering relevant financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders across all organizational levels. Additionally, you will lead special projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing SG&A expenses and improving financial performance. Mentoring and developing the FP&A team to ensure high performance and professional growth through effective coaching and training will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong focus on SG&A management. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Experience in managing and developing finance teams, particularly remote teams, is advantageous. Proficiency in financial reporting, modeling, and accounting, along with experience in forecasting and budgeting, is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to various audiences and functional leaders are also necessary. Previous experience in delivering complex projects is preferred.,
