Senior Manager Finance(Only experience from manufacturing company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budgets; recommend corrective actions.
• Costing & MIS
• Implement and manage standard costing systems.
• Monitor and control project-wise, job-wise, and department-wise costs.
• Prepare detailed MIS reports for management review.
• Accounting & Compliance
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations as per Indian GAAP/IND-AS.
• Ensure timely closing of books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.
• Audit & Controls
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
• Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Working Capital Management
• Monitor and manage receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.
• Optimize cash flow and ensure efficient fund utilization.
• Project Financial Management
• Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure financial discipline.
• Evaluate CapEx proposals, project cost tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance executives.
• Build financial literacy and awareness across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
