Simbus Sourcing manages about USD 300 Million of Procurement from the MSME sector delivering significant benefits in terms of easing compliance, simplifying vendor management and improving working capital management.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Seeking a Senior Manager Finance Transformation & Systems (CA/MBA, 10+ years, preferably with reputed MNCs or large Indian corporates) to optimize AP/AR, publish MIS, and implement ERP across our procurement aggregation business.

WHAT

  • CA or MBA in Finance/Operations.
  • 10+ years in finance process improvement roles within reputed MNCs or large Indian corporates
  • Proven AP/AR expertise and track record in procurement aggregation or consolidation settings
  • Successful delivery of process optimization and ERP implementation projects
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) and process-mapping expertise
  • ERP implementation experience (SAP/Oracle/D365/Tally)
  • Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and AI/ML finance tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities

WHAT

  • Streamline end-to-end AP/AR workflows using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen frameworks, reducing cycle times and errors.
  • Map processes, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement SOPs for procurement-to-pay and order-to-cash.
  • Automate key tasks to improve speed and accuracy, leveraging AI/ML where applicable.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and interactive dashboards tracking KPIs like invoice accuracy and payment timeliness.
  • Implement automated reporting tools (Excel macros, Power BI, Tableau) for real-time operational insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear visualizations.
  • Lead ERP (SAP/Oracle/D365/Tally) rollout: gather requirements, configure modules, and oversee UAT and deployment.
  • Integrate finance, procurement, vendor portals, and banking systems for seamless P2P and O2C flows.
  • Manage change: train users, document processes, and ensure post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and operations to identify improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops with process owners to validate changes and monitor performance metrics.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture and update frameworks to sustain gains.
