Role & responsibilities

Position will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting financial data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports and dashboards.

The role will provide key insights to management for informed decision-making regarding the companys financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and operationalefficiency.

The position acts as a bridge between Finance and leadership by translating complex financial information into actionable reports.

Data Aggregation and Analysis

• Gathering financial data from multiple systems, cleansing and standardizing it to ensure accuracy, and performing in-depth analysis to identify trends and patterns.

• Ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the financial management system, including data updates and system upgrades.

• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IGAAP.

• Timely closing of books of accounts for month and year.

Report Generation

• Developing and maintaining a suite of financial reports including P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, KPIs, and customized reports as needed.

• Handling Statutory and Tax Audits of complete books of accounts.

• Ensuring clean books of accounts, preparation of schedules, and follow-ups.

• Daily posting of journals/accounting in Sage ERP.

Dashboard Creation

• Designing interactive dashboards to visually present key financial metrics for monitoring performance and identifying potential issues.

• Maintaining schedule of statutory payments.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Supporting the budgeting process by providing historical data and preparing financial forecasts based on business trends.

Financial Modelling

• Building financial models for scenario analysis to assess potential business decisions and their financial implications.

• Overseeing treasury management including company finances, cash flow, financial transactions, and budgets.

Stakeholder Communication

• Presenting financial insights and reports to senior management with clear explanations and addressing any concerns.

Preferred Qualification & Experience :

• CA (Chartered Accountant)

• 10+ years

  of experience in Finance budgeting and reporting roles , with experience in MIS , plant Costing etc
• Team Handling - 4 members atleast directly
