Senior Manager

Basic Function: This is a business and client facing role that ensures a seamless Cyber Security Service Management, helping business growth and creating value for business and their clients through Cyber Security tool management. We also do relationship management with business and client Cyber Security teams Essential Functions wAnywhere Management End to end management of Cyber Security Tool wAnywhere Liaison with Business to understand their Cyber Security requirements and effectively engage, communicate and assign their to the corresponding internal Teams. Business Value Creation responsible for demonstrating, implementing and maintenance of wAnywhere tool deployed. Drive productivity, efficiency and improvements of wAnywhere operation Driving awareness, adherence and compliance to Company and Client s Cyber Security, policies and standards Skills Good understanding of ISO 27001 and/or CompTIA An industry recognized certification like ITIL / ITSM is an advantage. Experience with Project management methodology Experience with Security tools/application deployment Ability to interface and communicate at all levels within EXL and Client organizations. Understanding of Enterprise Business Processes, Cyber Security and IT Process, Service Delivery is vital. Working knowledge of MS office Good presentation and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills in a cross functional environment Client stakeholder management Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams Good listening and consultative skills. Work Experience Requirements Minimum 7-10 years in managing Cyber Security and/or Project Management service delivery Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
