Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads
• Oversee engineering design, development, and execution across multiple projects
• Define technical strategies, roadmaps, and best practices to support business objectives
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment
• Manage engineering budgets, resource planning, and project timelines
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies
• Monitor project risks, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field)
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of product development lifecycle
• Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management
