Senior Manager - Electrical (Projects)

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement electrical project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Oversee the execution of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards - Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement necessary solutions - Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical projects with overall project objectives - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Experience: - 12-16 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry - Proven track record in managing electrical projects Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required) - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management (preferred)
