Job Description

Job holder will ensure project portfolio management and program oversights across all Digital Transformation Projects in the organisation
  • Responsible for program management in specific and agreed digital-Tranformation projects, e.g. Smart Manufacturing, AI-ML, Digital Service & Digital workplace initiatives. Responsible for overall handling and preparation of multiple initiatives under a larger program, reporting etc.
  • Integration of larger project teams consisting of internal IT resources, business process experts as well as external consulting.
  • Drive project-related supplier-selections
  • Support in product resp. Solution design in collaboration with experts and architects.
  • Take over project management incl. planning, execution, reporting. Deliver on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate, prioritize and align Support Services and resources requirements with operational delivery area owners
  • Prepare and run Digital steering meetings.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate in a virtual team setting on global level.
  • Given the importance of assigned programs with a correlating executive exposure, solid communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • Responsible for value management leading
  • Provides support on prioritization of projects and tasks (value-driven) to a core team of Digital Experts
  • Supports change management, agile project governance and partner management
