About the Company Looking for an experienced ER/IR professional for newly commissioned plant. Should have proactive experience in ER/IR in a progressive work culture. Expert in Compliance and labour laws conceptually and for implementation. Ability to design and implement progressive policies for enabling cohesive working climate. Hands on experience for providing and managing Administrative services not limited to Canteen, Transportation, Expat Service Management, etc. Should at least 12-15 years of relevant experience.
