Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing expert who will lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, campaign management, and demonstrate excellent collaboration and time-management skills.


The role includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Content Creation:

    Create and manage compelling digital content—graphics, videos, and infographics—for web, blog, emails, and socials, all aligned with Sula’s brand identity.
  • Social Media Management:

    Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and monitor trends, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Performance Marketing:

    Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement.
  • Influencer Marketing:

    Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility and manage relationships to ensure alignment with Sula’s marketing objectives.
  • Budgeting:

    Prepare marketing budget and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Track and report on budget performance, providing recommendations for adjustments, as necessary.
  • Collaboration:

    Collaborate with agency partners and stakeholders across level to align marketing efforts and offer strategic insights to boost campaign impact and meet business goals.


Must Have Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 7-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating the ability to manage campaigns and deliver results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of AI and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and changes in the digital landscape.
  • Awareness of current trends and best practices in digital marketing & understanding of brand development and brand positioning strategies.
