Escalate client complaints to SDH and resolve escalated customer issues, CAPA to be taken Capable to manage the Managers, Team Leaders & the associates. Development of Strategic plans for Operational Activity. Implement and Manage Operational plan. To ensure client satisfaction by the delivery of quality services and quality products Analyze weekly / Monthly and Yearly performance and come up with the plans to increase the performance of the team.
