Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Toyota Connected as a Senior Sales Manager with 8+ years of experience in sales/relationship management/account management in the IT Industry. Your role will involve successfully pursuing and closing large enterprise level deals, navigating complex sales cycle activities, and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for building trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading client conversations in the connected mobility area, and demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain excellent relationships with B2B clients and partnerships in Japan and other geographies to ensure the success of TCIN's engagements - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and own sales cycle activities such as proposal creation, estimation, and Statement of Work (SoW) in collaboration with the Technical teams - Support sales planning, manage tracking, reporting, invoicing, and other aspects of sales operations in collaboration with Finance and other teams - Implement a business development plan to meet sales targets, expand the company's customer base, and ensure a strong presence in the markets - Lead client conversations in the connected mobility area, conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for customers to showcase product value and benefits - Be responsible for revenue generation, profitability, customer satisfaction, and growing the customer base and engagement portfolio Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of validated experience in sales/relationship management/account management in the IT Industry - Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to influence stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels - Successful track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets - Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build trusting internal and external relationships - Strong business acumen and familiarity with Information Technology systems - Knowledge of cloud computing and Automotive Connected car experience is desirable Additional Company Details: At Toyota Connected, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where continual improvement is emphasized.
