Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage campaign delivery across CPL and CPS models.
• Optimize performance campaigns across web & app traffic sources.
• Coordinate with publishers, affiliate partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, quality lead/sale delivery.
• Analyze campaign data, resolve issues in real time, and improve ROI.
• Ensure compliance with client KPIs and campaign terms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience (preferably CPL/CPS).
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, tracking tools (like GA, DV360, Meta Ads), and lead validation processes.
• Proven ability to manage delivery pipelines, troubleshoot low-quality leads, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
