Senior Manager - CPL & CPS Performance

As a Senior Manager for Performance (CPL & CPS) at Appraise Media, your role will be pivotal in overseeing cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-sale (CPS) campaigns. You will be based in Gurgaon on a full-time basis with a salary ranging from 75,000 to 100,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, along with an additional profit share component. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the delivery of campaigns utilizing CPL and CPS models. - Optimize performance campaigns across various web and app traffic sources. - Collaborate with publishers, affiliate partners, and internal teams to ensure prompt and high-quality lead/sale delivery. - Analyze campaign data, address issues in real-time, and enhance ROI. - Ensure adherence to client KPIs and campaign terms. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in CPL/CPS. - Proficiency in affiliate marketing, tracking tools (e.g., GA, DV360, Meta Ads), and lead validation processes. - Demonstrated capability in managing delivery pipelines, troubleshooting low-quality leads, and optimizing campaigns. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
