Senior Manager Delivery Performance

We’re currently hiring for the position of Senior Manager – Performance (CPL & CPS) at Appraise Media. This is a key leadership role in our performance marketing team, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-sale (CPS) campaigns.

💰 Salary: Negotiable Based on experience + Profit Share

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage campaign delivery across Domestic & International markets on CPL and CPS models.

Optimize performance campaigns across web & app traffic sources.

Coordinate with publishers, affiliate partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, quality lead/sale delivery.

Analyze campaign data, resolve issues in real time, and improve ROI.

Ensure compliance with client KPIs and campaign terms.

✅ Requirements:

3+ years of performance marketing experience (preferably CPL/CPS).

Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, tracking tools (like GA, DV360, Meta Ads), and lead validation processes.

Proven ability to manage delivery pipelines, troubleshoot low-quality leads, and optimize campaigns.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
