Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Governance and Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement comprehensive contracting and procurement policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Continuously assess and refine procurement processes for improved cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Source and onboard top-tier finishing contractors across PAN India.
  • Manage vendor lifecycle: selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Build strategic partnerships to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing for long-term project needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure service excellence and reliability.

Strategic Procurement & Cost Management

  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and price hedging.
  • Strategically source contractors for key finishing works: flooring (marble/tiles), lobbies, painting, windows, doors, hardscape, and faades.
  • Leverage data and analytics for informed decision-making to improve profitability and procurement efficiency.

Operational Efficiency

  • Standardize and streamline contracting practices across all four zones comprising 75+ projects.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to zonal teams for day-to-day procurement operations.
  • Design and implement agile contracting models responsive to changing project and market dynamics.
  • Perform gap analysis and initiate new process implementations as needed.

Reporting & Benchmarking

  • Create and publish detailed management dashboards and reports on procurement performance, vendor metrics, and strategic KPIs.
  • Benchmark internal procurement activities against industry standards and leading practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Who Are We Looking For

Education:

  • B.E. Civil from a reputed institution.

Experience:

  • 1520 years of experience in procurement and contracting with a focus on finishing works in large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven vendor management and negotiation experience.
  • Market forecasting and procurement decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in procurement platforms and digital tools.
