We are looking for a Senior Manager – Content Strategy


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and scale the

    complete content ecosystem

    across web, app, social, CRM, video, offline, and more.
  • Create a strong

    Content Governance Framework

    (tone of voice, guidelines, standards, compliance).
  • Define

    omnichannel messaging strategy

    including campaigns, brand films, influencers, and UGC.
  • Lead creative direction for agencies and internal teams — and act as the

    final strategic sign-off

    .
  • Own

    content performance

    , measure impact, and translate insights into action.
  • Drive

    YouTube + influencer strategy

    and turn real customer stories into high-impact narratives.


Qualifications:


  • 10–15 years of experience leading content or editorial strategy for major consumer brands.
  • A rare blend of

    creative storytelling + strategic thinking + business acumen

    .
  • Strong command over digital content, SEO, performance metrics, and emerging content trends.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
