Senior Manager - Client Servicing

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing favorable business relationships with clients. This includes working closely with clients to create event marketing and communication plans that align with their objectives and budget. You will need to understand client briefs and develop event strategies accordingly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering research, leading ideation with creative teams, and developing pitch presentations - Serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process - Managing all aspects of event planning and execution, such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and AV production - Creating detailed event timelines, budgets, and project plans - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all event deliverables are produced and delivered on time - Managing onsite event execution and overseeing event staff - Conducting post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients - Overseeing multiple client events and resolving potential issues or conflicts Qualifications required for this role are: - Graduate or MBA qualification - 6 to 8 years of experience in the Events Industry You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded throughout the event planning process.,
