Senior Manager - Client Servicing

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing positive business relationships with clients. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to create event marketing and communication plans that meet their objectives and budget requirements. You will need to understand client briefs thoroughly and devise event strategies that align with their goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, leading brainstorming sessions with creative teams, and preparing and delivering pitch presentations. Throughout the event planning process, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that all their needs are not only met but exceeded. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, such as selecting venues, managing vendors, coordinating catering, transportation, and AV production in conjunction with creative and production teams. It will be essential for you to create comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and project plans while handling all logistical aspects of events, from setup to teardown. Collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to guarantee the timely production and delivery of event deliverables, materials, collateral, and promotional items. During onsite event execution, you will be responsible for supervising all event staff and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Following each event, you will conduct evaluations and debriefs with clients to gather feedback and pinpoint areas for improvement. Your role will also involve overseeing multiple client events simultaneously and being adept at identifying, resolving, or mitigating potential issues or conflicts. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate or MBA degree and possess 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Events Industry.,
