Overseeing the Pitch Presentation Team Management Making Business Plans for the year New Business Development Planning the workload in junction with other departments Handling existing & new Client relations Leading the Project & Managing along with the Team in terms of planning & execution Understanding the cost & handle cost negotiation with internal & external clients Maintaining a healthy PNL Ideating & Brain storming on pitches along with the concept team Brand & Market Research. Qualification/ Experience · A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the events industry, with a focus on client servicing, business growth and account management.
