Job Description

As a member of the U.S. business valuation teams at GT INDUS, your role involves working on both audit and external valuation projects for business enterprises and intangible assets. Here are your key responsibilities: - Manage intangible business valuation engagements in collaboration with U.S. senior managers and PPMDs - Communicate with U.S. engagement teams and external clients - Mentor and supervise engagement teams at GT INDUS - Maintain positive relationships with GT offices across the U.S. - Identify issues and propose process improvement strategies - Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility within the engagement team - Utilize current technology and tools to enhance service effectiveness - Identify business development opportunities and assist in proposals and new business opportunities - Stay updated on current business and economic developments relevant to our and the client's business - Assist internal clients on client development and practice development assignments Your skills should include: - Experience in broad-based business and financial valuations - Technical expertise in business enterprise and intangible asset valuation products - Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment - Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills - Proficiency in written and verbal communication - Willingness and ability to travel when required - Advanced knowledge in sectors like financial services, oil & gas, technology, etc. For qualifications, you should have: - A minimum of 10+ years of experience in valuation techniques and methodologies - Certification/license such as CPA or CFA preferred - Valuation credentials such as CVA, ABV, AVA, or ASA preferred - Knowledge in accounting, finance, and economics - Exposure to databases like Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc. Feel free to email your CV to gopika.pai@us.gt.com for consideration.,
