Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement process excellence strategies to drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and design solutions using lean six sigma methodologies.
Lead project teams in executing process improvements, ensuring successful implementation of new processes and procedures.
Analyze data to measure performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements :

Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.
Minimum 10-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on business excellence, process improvement, or operational excellence.
Proven track record of implementing process re-engineering projects resulting in significant cost savings or improved customer satisfaction.
