Role Overview

Senior Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

• Develop and execute business development strategies for IT Services across target geographies.
• Identify new leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation proposal negotiation closure.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong, long-lasting client relationships with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and Procurement Heads.
• Understand client pain points and propose suitable technology/service solutions.
• Manage key accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  

Presales & Solutioning

• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, SoWs, RFP/RFI responses.
• Present TechMangos capabilities, case studies, and solution demos during client discussions.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project kick-off and client satisfaction.
  

Market Intelligence

• Track market trends, competition landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new business segments, partnership opportunities, and service expansion areas.
  

Leadership & Reporting

• Mentor junior business development executives.
• Provide weekly forecasting, pipeline management, and MIS reporting to leadership.
• Represent TechMango in conferences, events, trade shows, and online industry forums.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in IT services sales (minimum 8+ years in similar role)
• Proven track record in acquiring enterprise/global clients.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, software development models, cloud, and data engineering concepts.
• Ability to handle large proposals, RFPs, and complex solution pitches.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with US/UK/Middle East clients preferred.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and result-oriented mindset.
