As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing , you would be partnering directly with our CXO team to craft global narratives that inspire people everywhere to head out . From evolving our positioning to launching global campaigns, nurturing creator partnerships, and driving user-generated content loops, your work will inspire people across the world to head out. You'll blend creativity with data, storytelling with strategy, and use emerging tech to push creative boundaries at speed. This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city. 🤩 What makes this role special? Global playing field. You'll be building a brand that touches millions of travellers across the globe. 0 → 1 → 10 ownership. Most building blocks in brand marketing are still being laid. You'll help evolve our narrative and presence from ad-hoc wins to a consistent, strategic force felt across markets. Partner with leadership. You won't just execute — you'll shape brand strategy and run initiatives alongside our leadership team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the C-suite. Lean team, fast pace. As part of the leadership group for the brand charter, you'll move fast and experiment boldly, and build the brand's voice that cuts through the noise. Drive tangible business impact. You'll strategise not only to build awareness, but contribute directly to growth — driving ticket sales, revenue, and business outcomes that move the needle. 🎯What skills do you need? 6+ years years in brand marketing for high-growth consumer brands with a track record of building brand recall and driving business growth. Mastery in brand strategy, positioning, visual & verbal identity, and cross-channel campaign orchestration. Proficiency in storytelling across digital formats such as social media, creator partnerships and community building. Proficiency in blending creative ideas and execution with data and performance metrics. Proven ability to leverage AI and emerging tech (e.g., generative design, video, localisation tools) to snowball creative velocity. A culturally sensitive worldview to build truly global narratives that unite audiences from different parts of the globe.
