Job Role: Senior Brand Manager

As a

Senior Brand Manager

, you will be responsible for leading brand strategy, new product development (NPD), go-to-market (GTM) execution, consumer insights, brand identity, brand films, key messaging, and strategic partnerships. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Nutrabay s brand presence, ensuring a strong connection with our consumers, and driving business growth.

You should apply if you have:

    health & nutrition

  • Experience in

    brand strategy

    product marketing

    GTM execution

  • Strong expertise in

    consumer insights, storytelling, and messaging

    to drive engagement.
  • Proven experience in launching

    new products

    from ideation to execution.
  • Hands-on experience in creating

    brand identity, brand films, and partnerships

    .
  • A track record of working in

    D2C and eCommerce-driven consumer brands

    .
  • Exceptional

    project management and stakeholder collaboration

    skills.
  • A creative mindset with an analytical approach to

    measuring brand performance

    .
  • A passion for building and scaling brands with a

    consumer-first

    approach.

    to strengthen Nutrabay s identity in the market.
  • Drive NPD from ideation to launch

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies

  • Craft compelling brand messaging

    , ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with agencies

    to develop high-impact

    brand films, campaigns, and content

  • Conduct consumer research

    to derive insights for product innovation and marketing.
  • Establish strategic partnerships

    to amplify brand presence and credibility.
  • Measure and optimize brand performance

    using data-driven insights.

Work Experience:

  • 5-8 years

    of experience in

    brand management, marketing, or product marketing

    .
  • Prior experience in

    D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands

    is preferred.

Working days:

Monday - Friday
