As a
Senior Brand Manager
, you will be responsible for leading brand strategy, new product development (NPD), go-to-market (GTM) execution, consumer insights, brand identity, brand films, key messaging, and strategic partnerships. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Nutrabay s brand presence, ensuring a strong connection with our consumers, and driving business growth. You should apply if you have:
- A deep understanding of the
health & nutrition
or consumer goods
industry. - Experience in
brand strategy
, product marketing
, and GTM execution
. - Strong expertise in
consumer insights, storytelling, and messaging
to drive engagement. - Proven experience in launching
new products
from ideation to execution. - Hands-on experience in creating
brand identity, brand films, and partnerships
. - A track record of working in
D2C and eCommerce-driven consumer brands
. - Exceptional
project management and stakeholder collaboration
skills. - A creative mindset with an analytical approach to
measuring brand performance
. - A passion for building and scaling brands with a
consumer-first
approach.
You should not apply if you:
- Have
less than 5 years
of experience in brand management. - Haven t worked directly with
consumer brands, D2C businesses, or startups
. - Prefer working in silos and are not comfortable collaborating across departments.
- Struggle to work in a
fast-paced and ambiguous environment
. - Have not led
cross-functional teams
or worked with creative agencies.

What will you do?

Lead brand strategy & positioning
to strengthen Nutrabay s identity in the market. -
Drive NPD from ideation to launch
, ensuring alignment with consumer needs. -
Develop and execute GTM strategies
, ensuring a successful product launch. -
Craft compelling brand messaging
, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. -
Collaborate with agencies
to develop high-impact brand films, campaigns, and content
. -
Conduct consumer research
to derive insights for product innovation and marketing. -
Establish strategic partnerships
to amplify brand presence and credibility. -
Measure and optimize brand performance
using data-driven insights.
Work Experience:

5-8 years
of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing
. - Prior experience in
D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands
is preferred.
