Job Description

Position: Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Marketing & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive enrollments and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across channels including social media, SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and display ads.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns with continuous performance optimization using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Improve cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and overall ROI through A/B testing, retargeting, and segmentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and apply innovative techniques.

3. Content Development & Brand Communication

  • Collaborate with content teams to create compelling marketing materialsbrochures, blogs, videos, and presentations.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of content across digital platforms to boost engagement and visibility.

4. Analytics, Reporting & KPI Management

  • Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns using dashboards and performance tools.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights; present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Define and update key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.

5. Events & Partnerships

  • Organize and oversee promotional events such as webinars, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with educational institutions, industry stakeholders, and community organizations.

6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with the admissions and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Maintain relationships with students, parents, and internal teams to strengthen brand trust.

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team to foster creativity, productivity, and accountability.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or ed-tech industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, analytics, campaign execution, and brand management.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
