We are expanding our retail and online presence and looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store footfall and online sales. Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and product launches. Manage social media pages, digital ads, and online engagement activities. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Build brand visibility through local advertising, influencer partnerships, and events. Manage vendor relationships and marketing budgets efficiently. Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance analyses. Skills & Requirements Proven experience in retail or FMCG marketing (minimum 2 years). Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical and planning abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools. Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.
