Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities in B2B (corporates, clinics, hospitals) and B2C (walk-in patients, digital platforms). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide campaigns and pricing. 2. Branding & Promotions Plan and oversee local and digital marketing campaigns (social media, print, outdoor, hospital tie-ups). Coordinate promotional events, health camps, doctor CME programs, and community outreach activities. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — online, offline, and partner channels. 3. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate clients. Coordinate referral programs and loyalty initiatives for healthcare partners and patients. Collaborate with doctors, healthcare consultants, and channel partners for lead generation. 4. Digital & Content Marketing Manage social media pages, online reputation, and website updates. Plan targeted digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, Facebook, WhatsApp marketing). Create engaging content around diagnostics, preventive health checkups, and wellness awareness. 5. Performance & Reporting Monitor marketing ROI and track performance metrics (leads, conversions, walk-ins, referrals).
