Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Airline Loyalty Management team, with 10-15 years of experience in the IT Service & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective airline loyalty management strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, hotels, and other partners.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing large-scale loyalty programs, preferably in the airline industry.
Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
