Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Airline Loyalty Management team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT Service & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive airline loyalty management strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement personalized marketing campaigns.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, hotels, and other partners.
Create and manage budgets for loyalty programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Monitor and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing airline loyalty programs or similar roles.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in the IT Service & Consulting industry is preferred.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
