Senior Manager/ AGM Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

• Approval for manpower and maintenance of Organisation Chart .
• Ready to travel / work from Mining area's of Bengal , Jharkhand and AP.
• Need to create job descriptions for approved position for all levels .
• Requirement and selection process owner including sourcing profiles ( with support from internal recruitment team).
• Arrange for conducting interviews by duly constituted panels and maintain completed assessment forms.
• Obtain management approval for recruitments against approved positions .
• Release of Offer Letters followed by release of Appointment Letters.
• Submission of various monthly reports like employees on roll against approved manpower .
• Advisors / retainers list updating and renewal as may be required by management completed assessment forms
• LFS and full time engagement cases on contractual basis
• Monthly Separation lists and Facilitate F&F / Settlement dues.
• Preparation of Monthly Hires List
• Analysis of separation cases and attrition data with action plans based on exit interview
• Facilitate monthly attendance capture at various sites and collation at Corporate Office .
• Monthly Confirmation Lists with Tracker .
• Create and time to time develop HR policies related to Mining.
• Compilation of location wise / location specific HR policies/ guidelines.
• Advance / Loans to employees for exigencies like medical cases, rituals , children educations as per approved policy.
• Conduct quarterly Mining Talent Discussion ‘ meetings to asses talent pipeline and recruitment plans .
• Release of Letters / Communications for transfers /postings with due intimation to all concerned .
• Statutory compliances wrt PF / EDLI/ ESI for eligible cases .
• Details of medical insurance spends and analysis .

Preferred candidate profile

A Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources from Mining Organisation and must be very fluent in Bengali , English and working knowledge in speaking Hindi.
