Job Description

Designation : Sr. Manager - Accounts Payable Location : Gurgaon Job Summary The Accounts Payable Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of financial controls, vendor management, and process optimization to drive efficiency and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. The position will also lead and mentor a team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations. Required Qualifications Qualified Charted Accountant (CA) 10+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting principles (INDAS), and ERP systems (SAP). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in process automation and AP systems implementation.
