Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be an advanced subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts to clients. Your role will involve proactive client communication, project management, technical oversight, and problem-solving to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver services that are complex to highly complex by nature, typically across multiple sites and service offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services according to agreed service definitions and SLAs - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback - Tailor required services to align with client business needs and objectives - Collaborate with technical teams to promptly resolve client issues and incidents - Monitor and assess client satisfaction regularly through feedback mechanisms - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services - Develop account plans and strategies to enhance client engagement and retention - Manage the implementation of new services, upgrades, and projects for clients - Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and compliance requirements - Monitor and report on contract performance - Collaborate with technical teams to maintain stable, secure, and up-to-date client environments - Provide regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or Business or related field - Relevant ITIL certification preferred - Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred - Advanced demonstrated experience in managed services and/or support services environment - Advanced proficiency in project management - Strong analytical mindset, initiative, and self-driven with a commitment to succeed - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Advanced understanding of managed services, including infrastructure, cloud, security, and support - Ability to work under pressure with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset Additional Details: NTT DATA is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible and making a difference for clients and society.
